As a Co-Founder of Kevo Black, Steve has over 20 years in the real estate industry, Steve Burris saw a need to create a company that would focus on the agents and their training; challenging the norms of the industry through the principals of inclusiveness, mentorship, and technological advancements. With 20+ years of experience in corporate training, Steve would be able to successfully enter into the Real Estate world with a corporation mindset, allowing him to bring his idea to life.
As an answer to a need in the industry, Steve founded Kevo Properties in 2010. Since that time Kevo has grown the company from 4 agents to over 338, expanded from 1 office in the Oklahoma City Metro, to 2 additional branches in Tulsa and Frisco, TX and has seen profits double every year. In order to better serve his clientele, he has added both a Property Management Division, which represents over 500 properties, and a Commercial Division, which currently represents a portfolio of over $12 million, to his flagship office in Oklahoma City.

Ty Weston has built a passionate career in real estate starting at the age of 16. Seven out of his twenty years in real estate Ty was a Managing Broker of a real estate firm he co-owned in the OKC Metro area in which he built a 300+ unit property management company in addition to being a multi-million-dollar sales producer.
